Shipping Policy
Our standard shipping days are Monday, Wednesday and Friday before 11:00am EST. Orders do not get shipped out on any other day unless specific arrangements are made. Orders that are placed after shipments go out on any given day will be processed on the next shipping day.
Shipping is automatically calculated based on the current Canada Post™ postage rates; if there is any discrepancy in shipping rates, we will contact you within 24 hours of placing your order to settle the balance prior to shipping. These exceptions occur seldom, and primarily are due to remote addresses and large (heavy) orders.
Tracking information is provided for all shipments, except orders of a single tract, which are sent via LetterMail™.
Returns
We will accept returns or exchanges for any product that is damaged or that is not consistent with the description on our website within 30 days of the date of purchase. In the event of an exchange or return for this reason, please contact us to receive approval, and we will email a shipping label to you. You will then ship the package back to us and upon receipt, we will either issue your refund to the payment method used for the original purchase, or ship you the replacement.
In the event that you simply change your mind on an order, please contact us; we will accept a return or exchange within 30 days of your date of purchase. However, you will be responsible for paying return shipping fees.
Sales Tax
We automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders delivered to addresses within Canada. For orders shipped to the USA, you are solely responsible for remitting sales taxes or other taxes.
Payment Methods
We accept Paypal, email transfers, and the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. There is no surcharge for using your credit card or PayPal to make a purchase. Any fees incurred for email transfer payments are the purchasers responsibility. Please provide your exact billing address when completing checkout. Your credit card will be billed at the time of order placement.
